The City seeks an indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract for a comprehensive range of equipment rental services, including cranes with operators, bucket trucks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, excavators, generators, and power center distribution boxes. Specific equipment requirements include three crane models with operators (15-ton, 23-ton, and 26-ton configurations with varying boom specifications), bucket trucks with 35-55 foot working heights, multiple boom lift and scissor lift models, a 24-26 ton excavator, portable generators (3.0-3.4 KW), and power distribution boxes. The vendor must respond to equipment requests within 24 hours and deliver equipment within 48 hours unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon. All equipment shall be inspected upon delivery and pickup using a standardized inspection document jointly signed by the City designee and vendor representative.

Pricing shall include all costs necessary for equipment operation, including licensed operators for crane services, consumables, attachments, and pre-operation inspections. For equipment where the City provides its own certified operators (bucket trucks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, excavators), the vendor provides rental rates only. A single combined pickup and delivery fee applies with no additional charges permitted for freight, transportation, or handling. No maintenance or additional service fees are authorized. All equipment must meet applicable safety standards and regulations, with bucket trucks requiring OSHA Regulation 1926.1431 compliance testing between each use. The specifications note that references to specific makes and models are for minimum quality and performance standards only and are not intended to restrict bidders to those manufacturers.
