About this file
This is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals issued by the Genesee Intermediate School District for a 4-Post Alignment System. The addendum, dated October 28, 2019, addresses vendor questions and clarifications regarding the project scope. The RFP seeks an 18,000 lb alignment rack with extended ramps measuring 26 inches wide that add 17.5 inches to the length to accommodate low-profile vehicles. The bid deadline remains October 29, 2019 at 2:00 PM. Site visits are available prior to the bid deadline, with interested vendors instructed to contact the main office at 5081 Torrey Road and request Travis Pike. The equipment will be installed in an existing bay where GISD will remove the current lift prior to the new installation.
The addendum clarifies that the request for internal airlines refers to an integrated inflation system, which is standard on most Hunter racks. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbency details, or funding sources are specified in this addendum. The document confirms that all other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain in full force and effect, with no modifications to the contracting framework or award timeline provided in this addendum.
