About this file

This is a No Israel Boycott Certification Form required by the State of Missouri for contracts with the St. Louis Public Schools Board of Education. The certification, effective July 13, 2020, mandates that all contracting firms provide written verification that they do not boycott Israel and will not engage in such boycotts during the contract term, in compliance with Missouri Government Code SCS/SB 739 (the Anti-Discrimination against Israel Act). The form requires an authorized company official to sign and date the certification, affirming that both the firm and its principals meet these requirements. The specific contract opportunity involves demolition of an existing structure and site restoration services at a former school site, requiring comprehensive services including labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permitting, environmental compliance, structural demolition, foundation removal, debris disposal, and full site restoration to ensure the site is safe, stable, properly graded, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

The certification requirement applies to all contracts with a total potential value of $100,000 or greater and to contractors with ten or more employees. Failure to comply with the provisions of this certification renders any contract void against public policy. The form is fillable and must be completed and submitted as part of the bidding process for the St. Louis demolition and site restoration project. No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding sources are specified in this certification document.
