About this file
I apologize, but the file "4 _ ExhibitB1-ScopeofServices.docx" was not actually included in the upload. While the state and local contract opportunity description for Lunar New Year Programming For K-12 is present, the specific file contents are missing. Based on the available information, the contract opportunity appears to be for the Washington State Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs seeking educational Lunar New Year programming for K-12 students that aligns with state social studies curriculum. However, without the actual file contents, a comprehensive summary cannot be provided. If you can provide the contents of the file, I would be happy to analyze and summarize it precisely.
