The related state and local contract opportunity indicates this is a competitive solicitation by the Washington State Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs seeking educational programming proposals for Lunar New Year that cover kindergarten through 12th grade, with curriculum alignment to Washington State social studies standards. However, without the exhibit file itself, I cannot elaborate on its specific contents.
