About this file
This is an E-Rate Requirements document from Grand Rapids Public Schools in Michigan outlining vendor obligations for an RFQ related to network switching electronics eligible for E-Rate discounts administered by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). The document establishes baseline requirements that all bidders must meet to ensure the District can obtain E-Rate funding for the specified equipment.
Vendors responding to this RFQ must acknowledge and comply with four primary requirements: inclusion of all administrative costs associated with maintaining E-Rate eligibility in their pricing; demonstrated familiarity with E-Rate program rules and regulations; confirmation of non-"Red Light" status with the FCC; and commitment to respond within three days to any E-Rate audit inquiries, including Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) questions related to the proposal or billing. Bidders must provide their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and sign the agreement to confirm acceptance of these E-Rate compliance obligations.
