This document contains a request for technical literature for a milling machine solicitation. The bidder must provide descriptive literature with its bid that has previously been used to market the proposed milling machines. The literature must describe how the machining center meets the requirements specified in paragraphs 1.0 through 6.1 of the solicitation, including scope, applicable documents, salient characteristics such as style, components, load size, table, saddle, knee, turret, ram, range, machine head, quill, spindle, digital readout, lubrication, work light, system of units, equipment location, electrical power requirements, safety and noise levels, safety guards, warranty, nameplate, lubrication plate chart, and environmental compliance. If the bidder's preprinted literature does not show all required features, a supplemental letter must be attached describing those features in detail. Failure to demonstrate the product meets solicitation requirements through the literature will result in bid rejection.
