About this file
This is a Notice of Intent Synopsis from NAVSUP-WSS seeking contractors to evaluate, repair, and/or modify a Course Indicator (NIIN: 014458221). The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, as they do not possess the necessary data to perform repairs or manufacture the item. While the acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements, these terms are not expected to apply due to the limited source nature.
The government will consider capability statements received within 15 days of publication. Three approved sources are identified: Air Marine Systems Inc. (CAGE: 0HBH8), L3 Technologies, Inc. (CAGE: 28199), and Ruta Supplies Inc. (CAGE: 0NJT4). New sources must submit a Source Approval Request package, though the award will not be delayed pending source approval. The contracting office is NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support in Mechanicsburg, PA, with Benjamin Speros serving as the Contracting Officer point of contact.
