Purpose
Dining facility services are a required force sustainment activity and a primary driver for maintaining service member's quality of life, specifically at expeditionary and remote locations. Effective execution of this mission relies heavily on maintaining the morale of the crew and the installation of the upgraded serving line is not only required to maintain proper food temperatures for safe consumption but will allow our staff to provide a better service with the additional food wells and a "Speed Line" for Grab-and-Go items during mealtimes. Current configuration is out-of-service by the manufacturer and parts are unavailable. 3 of 5 wells are currently not functioning and not maintaining proper temperatures.
