The U.S. Pacific Fleet Command, Human Resources Office Northwest (HRO NW), is committed to providing the necessary skill sets for leaders to meet everyday mission requirements while strengthening command climate and trust across all levels, increased accountability, and improving the speed and quality of decision-making. Ultimately building a self-sufficient culture where accountability, trust, and results thrive, leading to elevated readiness and more reliable performance. In support of this goal, the command has already established the baseline expectations over the last year by completing the “Outward Mindset” training modules through several on-site facilitated training and strategic planning sessions with the Arbinger
