About this file
This is a Quote Form for Request for Quote (RFQ) Q26112 issued by Cobb County School District in Georgia for Emergency Generator Service and Repairs. The RFQ seeks qualified vendors to provide service and repair capabilities for emergency generators located throughout the school district. Equipment and parts may also be purchased on an as-needed basis. The District intends to award the contract to multiple vendors. The quote form requires vendors to provide pricing for labor services during both normal business hours and after-hours/emergency situations, as well as disclose any minimum charges per service call and truck or trip charges.
Vendors must indicate pricing structures for emergency generator service and repair, including hourly rates for normal business hours and after-hours or emergency calls. Additionally, vendors are required to provide warranty information for both parts and labor, disclose technician certifications (EGSA certified and Generac certified for Modular Power System), and establish fee structures for additional parts, equipment, and related services that may be needed during the contract award period. Vendors may propose pricing based on percentage discounts below MSRP or published catalog pricing, or as cost-plus markups, and must provide additional hourly rates for unanticipated service needs identified during the contract term.
