About this file
This is a Vendor Proposal Template attachment for a Request for Proposals issued by the Austin Independent School District (AISD) in Texas for Custom Walk-In Refrigeration Units (Coolers and Freezers) at Multiple Locations. The template establishes the required format and organizational structure that vendors must follow when submitting proposals in response to the RFP. Vendors are required to provide an executive summary of no more than two pages that concisely summarizes the proposal terms. The proposal must be organized into four distinct sections: Section I requires a summary of experience including the vendor's full name, address, and relevant experience of personnel who will provide the products or services; Section II mandates a description of services and capabilities aligned with the Scope of Service and Performance Requirements outlined in the RFP, with clear identification of any exceptions or conditions; Section III contains the financial proposal with a straightforward delineation of all fees and associated costs required to satisfy RFP requirements; and Section IV requires references from government agencies or firms substantially serviced by the vendor, with preference given to references similar to AISD.
The template emphasizes that vendors must address how their company will meet the Scope of Services as described in the solicitation and must specify all costs associated with providing the required products and services. Pricing information is to be submitted separately in Attachments A. References must complete Attachment F - Reference Check form and be submitted with the proposal. The template does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, contract terms, award dates, or response deadlines, as those details are contained in other sections of the complete RFP document.
