About this file
This document is an Addendum #2 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) for expert professional geotechnical design services. The RFP #6000001842 seeks a four-year term contract for geotechnical design services to be performed on a "task order" basis. The proposal submission deadline has been extended from December 22, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. to January 3, 2024, at 2:00 P.M.
The addendum addresses three clarifying questions from potential proposers regarding the RFP. Specifically, it provides guidance on the Salary Rate Schedule (Attachment G), clarifying that the schedule should be split by designated categories and include rates only for the prime firm. The document provides contact information for further inquiries, directing potential bidders to Mr. Peter Penaflor at ppenaflor@panynj.gov for additional information about the geotechnical design services contract.
