About this file

This document is an Addendum #2 to a Request for Proposals (RFP #6000000743) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for expert professional traffic engineering construction and operations support services. The RFP seeks professional services to be performed on a "call-in" basis during the period of 2022 through 2025. Proposals were due by 2:00 P.M. on January 25, 2022, with the addendum clarifying specific proposer requirements.

The addendum modifies two key sections of the original RFP. First, it updates the proposer requirements to mandate that prospective firms must have Professional Engineer(s) licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Second, it clarifies the requirements for Certification of Authorization, explaining that firms must either have certification in both states or demonstrate a legal exclusion from such certification requirements, in accordance with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and New York State Education Department Office of the Professionals. Potential proposers with questions were directed to contact Ms. Monika Radkowska via email.
