About this file

This document is an Addendum No. 1 issued by the City of Dallas Office of Procurement Services for Bid No. IFS AVI B1700011, specifically for the Purchase of Leadership Development Workshops for Executive Leaders, Senior Managers, and Managers. The bid is scheduled to be due on September 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The addendum provides official responses and clarifications to potential bidders, addressing two key questions: one regarding insurance requirements for LLC vendors and another concerning the delivery method of the training.

The addendum clarifies that the insurance requirements originate from the City's Office of Risk Management, and awarded contractors will need to submit a Certificate of Insurance for review. Critically, the document explicitly states that all training must be conducted in-person, ruling out any 100% remote delivery options. Potential bidders with questions are directed to use the Solicitation Portal at www.dallascityhall.bonfirehub.com and submit inquiries through the Messages Tab. The document is dated September 12, 2025, and is marked as revision 0 from the original document dated 03/05/2020.

BID TITLE: Purchase of Leadership Development Workshops for Executive Leaders, Senior Managers, and Managers - *211399 BID DUE DATE & TIME: September 18, 2025 at 11:00AM

ACTION:

Q: I have a question about the insurance information. As an LLC, I am generally covered by insurance, and don't use an additional entity. How can I reflect this in the bid? Thank you

A: The insurance requirements are from the City’s Office of Risk Management. An awarded contractor will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance per those requirements which will then be reviewed to determine if it is in compliance with those requirements.

Q: Can this be performed 100% remote?

A: No. All training is to be done in person.
