About this file

This document is a set of proposal response forms for Monterey-Salinas Transit District's (MST) Request for Proposals (RFP) #26-01 for a Digital Content Management System. The RFP includes multiple appendices covering various certification requirements such as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) status, debarment, tax compliance, insurance coverage, and subcontractor listings. Proposers are required to complete these forms, which cover areas like company qualifications, subcontractor information, insurance requirements, and cost proposals. The forms outline detailed requirements for proposers, including insurance coverage minimums, professional liability standards, and cyber liability provisions.

The cost proposal section allows proposers to submit pricing for the Digital Content Management System, including an initial system cost and annual maintenance agreement fees. The proposal includes options for two additional years of maintenance agreement renewal, with proposers expected to provide a total contract value. The documents emphasize compliance with federal regulations, including provisions related to DBE participation, federal tax compliance, and restrictions on lobbying. Additional requirements include providing comprehensive company information, references, project histories, and certifications regarding legal standing, tax status, and potential legal actions.
