The first section presents a comprehensive aerial campus map identifying 84 numbered facilities and locations organized by category: Academics (yellow markers), Athletics (blue markers), Extracurricular (orange markers), Multi-Use (gray markers), Landmarks (white markers), Residences (purple markers), and Parking (red markers). Key academic buildings include the Hill Music Building, Harbett Building, Phillips Administration Building, and Stephens Science Center. Residential facilities include multiple named residence halls such as Bruno, Margaret Daniel, Cullen Daniel, and Lakeview Halls. The map also identifies athletic facilities including Striklin Baseball Complex, Soccer Park, Intramural Fields, Tennis Complex, and Softball Park, along with administrative and support facilities.

The second section provides illustrative event setup specifications for two venues on campus. The South Bill Battle Coliseum ceremony setup includes requirements for one Hi-Stage with drape and 16" high riser, one podium with wireless microphone, two powered speakers with stands, one hundred guest chairs, ten stage chairs, two fans for climate control, and two tables (8' x 30"). The Hulsey Hall admissions welcome center setup requires twenty-eight highboy tables with cloth covers, one podium with wireless microphone, one powered speaker with stand, and two fans for climate control. Both setups are noted as illustrative, with final placement to be coordinated on-site with the USCG Contracting Officer and Government Technical Representative.
