About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the repair of Bosch Rexroth motion drive controllers for the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Training Center. The contract requires the repair and refurbishment of four failed HCS03.1E-W0150-A-05-NNBV motion drives (Serial Numbers: 308421-00053, 308421-00059, 308421-00040, 308421-00057) that are critical components of the MH60T Operational Flight Trainer. These drives have experienced a complete loss of DC power output and must be restored to full operational status.
The contractor must perform three primary tasks: (1) comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis to determine the root cause of failure, (2) repair or replacement of faulty components and refurbishment of major wearing components to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications with a two-year warranty, and (3) full functional testing with verification of power output resolution and generation of a detailed test report. All repair and testing activities will be performed at the contractor's facility, with the period of performance not to exceed 60 calendar days from the date of award. The Government will furnish the four defective drives. Upon completion, the contractor must ship the refurbished, fully functional drives to USCG Aviation Training Center, Attn: Glen Wood, 8501 Tanner Williams Rd, Mobile, AL 36608. Acceptance criteria require Government verification that the drives are fully operational and that the known issues have been resolved.
