About this file

This is a Special Notice amendment (Amendment 0004) to a federal contract solicitation for grounds maintenance services at Miramar National Cemetery issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration. The amendment corrects CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) quantities across three line items: CLIN 0002-2002 adjusted to 500 units (EA), CLIN 0003-2003 adjusted to 1,000 units (EA), and CLIN 0004-2004 adjusted to 10,500 units (EA). The revised Performance Work Statement dated July 15, 2026, and an updated pricing schedule spreadsheet titled "MIRAMAR NC PriceSched" dated July 16, 2026, replace all prior versions and have been attached to the amendment.

The proposal deadline has been extended to July 24, 2026. Interested parties should reference the updated Performance Work Statement and pricing schedule when preparing their proposals to ensure alignment with the corrected quantities. This amendment clarifies the scope of work requirements for grounds maintenance operations at the Miramar National Cemetery location.
