About this file
This file is a Pricing Worksheet for the Baton Rouge IOTA Contract (Solicitation 36C77626Q0002) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin. The document outlines a detailed pricing structure for multiple Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks spanning from November 2025 to March 2029, with labor categories including Program Manager, Senior Designer, and Senior Transition Planner. The primary service area is Project Management Services (PWS Task 16.1), with labor rates increasing incrementally across four periods, ranging from $100-$160 per hour depending on the labor category.
The worksheet covers several optional task areas including Interior Design, Transition Planning, Acquisition Planning, Relocation Services, Activation Services, and Staff Training, though most of these tasks are currently unpriced. The total base evaluated price is $271,125.00 for 1,300 hours of work, with labor rates for prime and subcontractor personnel clearly delineated. The document provides detailed instructions for vendors to complete the pricing template, emphasizing the need to replace example labor categories with actual proposed personnel and rates while maintaining the overall structure of the pricing workbook.
