ICFM VENDOR FOLLOW-UP QUESTION and GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
Q01: The answers in the Q&A response document seem to contradict the Submission Instructions and Evaluation Factors (commonly known as Sections L&M) of the original solicitation.
The original solicitation enumerates 8 evaluation sub-factors, the majority of which require the offeror to describe experience performing the tasks. The PWS enumerates 11 tasks. The Q&A states you want our “technical experience volume” to address our approach to the 11 PWS tasks. These do not align.
Do you want our experience in the experience subfactors, our approach to the PWS tasks, or both?
If approach or both, will you amend the sections L&M of the solicitation to state this?
If both, will you increase the page limit of the “technical expertise volume” to accommodate?
A01: In accordance with the Solicitation and Instructions to Offerors, there are eight [8] Tasks and eleven [11] Evaluation Sub-Factors. Please respond in accordance with the Solicitation.
