About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to solicitation number 36C77623Q0249 from the Department of Veterans Affairs for activation services at the Stockton CBOC. The solicitation requires providing acquisition, warehouse, and installation services for over 3,100 line items of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Key responsibilities include acquiring and storing approximately 65% of items in a contractor-leased warehouse located within 20 miles of the old and new clinic sites, inputting item data into the Maximo system, installing and inspecting items alongside VA biomedical technicians, and potentially relocating personnel files and providing staff training. The questions indicate the government has not yet completed all acquisition packages or reconciled the item list with facility drawings. Award is estimated for June 2023 with an initial period of performance through September 2023 involving delivery of stored items to the new clinic site.

1. Given the requirements and difficulty working on the government share point site should we assume mass uploads of data to update the information? or individual records to be modified one by one like the current share point site operates? Where SharePoint tools are available, the contractor must utilize the tool and complete and update as necessary, all fields.
