About this file
This past performance questionnaire and federal contract opportunity notice seek qualifications from architecture and engineering firms for a seismic correction and construction project at a Department of Veterans Affairs medical center. Firms are requested to submit Standard Form 330 qualifications packages by August 24th, 2022 for consideration. The anticipated design contract value is between $10-20 million, with an 180-day period of performance to develop construction documents. The project involves a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Selection will be based on specialized healthcare project experience, technical qualifications, past performance, and knowledge of the project locality. The highest rated firm may receive a site visit and price negotiation, with the goal of awarding a firm-fixed price contract by November 2022.
