About this file
This document appears to be an amendment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Staffing Services at the Charleston, SC Community-Based Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) solicited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The amendment provides responses to questions received regarding the solicitation, including details on the pricing format, invoicing for fringe benefits, and past performance submission requirements. Key points:
The solicitation will not be republishing the Staffing Matrix, and offerors are instructed to complete the updated pricing schedule provided in Amendment 0005. Offerors must provide all-inclusive unit prices for the listed line items. The contractor will not be able to bill separately for fringe benefits like holiday, vacation, and sick leave. Past performance questionnaires may be submitted once to cover multiple CMOP opportunities. Offerors are provided guidance on how to handle changes or redactions to the solicitation documents.

| If we are using the same past performances on all the CMOPs, can we have our customer submit one past performance questionnaire rather than one for each separate opportunity? It would greatly reduce the required effort from our customers. |
