This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 23 in Coralville, Iowa for Solicitation No. 36C26326Q0542, originally dated May 4, 2026.
The amendment modifies the BD IV Prep Peripheral Hardware Replacements solicitation for VA Midwest Healthcare Network (VISN 23). The primary changes include: removal of installation requirements from the specifications and extension of the delivery deadline to August 30, 2026. The hour and date for receipt of offers is extended to May 18, 2026 at 4:00 PM CDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the offer deadline through one of three methods: completing and returning copies of the amendment, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or submitting a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in rejection of the offer.
The underlying solicitation requires the contractor to supply and deliver medical-grade PC hardware replacements compatible with BD Pyxis IV Prep System 2.50 to four VA facilities: Minneapolis, Omaha, St. Cloud, and Sioux Falls. Hardware specifications include Cybernet 15", 19", and 22" all-in-one touchscreen PCs with 8 GB RAM, 3 GHz dual-core CPU, Windows 11 compatibility, IP65 sealed front rating, antimicrobial housing, fanless design, and 5-year warranty.
