About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a roll-up door repair project at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. The amendment, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office, serves two primary purposes: responding to vendor questions and sharing photographic documentation of the damaged door. Key details include confirmation that this is a new requirement, clarification that the pre-quote site visit is optional, and a definitive statement that no additional site visits will be provided.
The solicitation (Number 36C26326Q0086) is for roll-up door repair services at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, with all communications and offers to be directed to Contracting Officer Jeffrey Brown at Jeffrey.Brown8@va.gov. The amendment includes three photographs of the damaged door to assist potential contractors in preparing their proposals. The effective date of the amendment is 12-12-2025, with a contract completion date of 12-22-2025. Vendors are advised to carefully review the amendment and follow the specified instructions for acknowledgment and submission.
