About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for anesthesiologist physician on-call services supporting the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The solicitation (36C26326Q0063) has been amended to extend the quote submission deadline to November 5, 2025, at 10:00am Central Time and to provide a comprehensive set of questions and answers clarifying contract details.

Key clarifications include: the department currently has 3 anesthesiologists, there is another existing contract for on-call services, key personnel must be identified and processed, pricing and technical volumes must be submitted separately, and key personnel are required to complete a Contractor Rules of Behavior form. The solicitation specifies that only board-certified anesthesiologists can perform the services (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists are not acceptable), and there is no minimum call-back hour guarantee. Potential offerors are directed to Section B.2 Price/Cost Schedule and Section B.3 Performance Work Statement for detailed hour and coverage requirements.
