About this file

This is Amendment A0002 to solicitation 36C26325Q0245 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office in Coralville, IA. The amendment makes three key changes: (1) increases the maximum cost limitation for the IDIQ contract from $500,000 to $700,000 for the lifetime of the contract, (2) updates FAR clause 52.216-19 Order Limitations to reflect this higher maximum order value while maintaining the $5,000 minimum order value, and (3) extends the response deadline to January 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM CST.

The amendment requires one signed copy to be returned to the issuing office. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation for Ash Borer Treatment and Tree Services at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System remain unchanged, including the guaranteed minimum contract value of $5,000. The contract maintains its structure as a 5-year single-award IDIQ with task orders to be placed at the beginning of each ordering period.
