Answer 3: Jeffrey.Brown8@va.gov was included by error, calvin.courtney@va.gov is the correct email address to send the quotes, the reference on Page 34 of 76 has been corrected as part of Amendment 0001.

Question 4: Clause 52.222-43 – Is this contract subject to the clause? If so, can the government provide an amendment showing this box checked?

Answer 4: I have re-reviewed the prescription for FAR Clause 52.222-43 in FAR Part 22.1006(c)(1) and have determined this clause is not applicable for this requirement at this time.

If 0001AD is meant for retests, can the government update the CLIN table to reflect the correct quantities for 0001AC = 160 and

0001AD = 16?

Answer 5: The quantity for the retesting is included in the line item, non-routine sampling is covered in line item 0001AD, non-routine language has been removed from line item 0001AC and all subsequential line items.

Question 6: Solicitation Price/Cost Schedule CLINs 0001AG, 1001AG, 2001AG, 3001AG, 4001AG, and 0001AH etc. (Ice Packs) these costs are usually built into the overall price for the specific samples (e.g. Legionella or Dental or SPS) and are part of the descriptions in other CLINS, is it acceptable to put a $0 or Not Priced Separately (NPS) on these CLINS or will the government remove these CLINS and include description in appropriate CLINs?
