Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the solicitation and answer questions from
Industry as follows:
A.AMD 0001 extend the solicitation due date to April 3, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (PST).
B. Further, this Amendment answers questions from Industry as follows:
Q1. The quantity requested is 1. The capabilities requested covers multiple different systems. Should I submit 1 quote with a quantity of 1 for each system needed to cover the capabilities, or should I list all systems on one quote with a quantity of one for each?
What is preferred?
A1. As stated in the solicitation, the required quantity is 1 EA.
Q2. Will there be a mix of fixed-room (wall-mounted) systems and cart-based systems?
I assume there will be. Would fixed EMU rooms require one ceiling camera or two cameras per room? Cadwell can offer dual camera stream capability if 2 views are desired.
A2. Only cart based system. No fixed-room system or cameras.
Q3. The networking and review (including software licensing) portion of my cost estimation will be calculated per EMU environment and not per recording system). Is there a best-practices way to make that clear in the submission?
A3.Please clearly identify this in your submission using best practices that clearly convey the cost in accordance with the solicitation.
Q4. Can you identify for me the Brand Name for this EMU requirement. Is it a Natus Medical product?
A4. Nihon Kohden EEG-1200
C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
