About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought Notice issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office for Community Based Emergency Residential Services (CERS) Transitional Housing at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The RFI seeks market research to identify small businesses, particularly Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), capable of providing transitional housing services.
Key details include a response deadline of June 27th, 2025, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time, with submissions to be made via email to Kal Carabon. Interested contractors must provide company information, business type, capability statement, and an informal price list. The solicitation uses NAICS code 624229 for Other Community Housing Services, and if VA's market research identifies two or more qualified VOSB or SDVOSB firms, the subsequent solicitation will be set aside for those businesses. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and the RFI is explicitly for market research purposes, with a potential future solicitation to be published on SAM.gov.
