About this file

This is an amendment (Amendment 0002) to solicitation 36C26225Q0133 that provides questions and answers regarding the Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) installation at the VA Police armory in Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The amendment clarifies that integration with Hirsch Velocity systems is mandatory, though contractors may use certified subcontractors to fulfill this requirement as long as they meet all contract qualifications.

The amendment was issued on December 9, 2024 by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22 in Long Beach, CA. It serves as a simple Q&A document addressing vendor inquiries about system compatibility requirements, with all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remaining unchanged.
