Amendment 0005 modifies multiple sections of the original solicitation, including key changes to the contract's pricing, performance standards, and service requirements. The amendment also restructures some sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), removes certain paragraphs related to transgender veteran care, and adds a new attachment for medical records management. Proposals must be submitted by April 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM PST, with the contract covering a one-year base period and eight 12-month option periods.
