About this file

This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for surgical tools/cart/tray repair and maintenance services. The New Mexico VA Health Care System requires onsite and offsite repair and maintenance services for surgical instruments, case carts, trays, and rigid sterilization containers used to supply surgical equipment and procedures. The services include mobile repair visits and offsite repair at a vendor facility. The amendment extends the response deadline to March 24, 2022 at 5:00pm MST and provides answers to vendor questions. The questions and answers clarify expectations such as the number of case carts and trays, service frequencies and response times, pricing models, and limitations on subcontracting for SDVOSB vendors.
