This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 36C26126Q1027, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, effective August 4, 2026. The amendment adds FAR Clause 52.237-1 (Site Visit) to Section C of the solicitation, requiring offerors to inspect the service performance site and satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions that may affect contract costs. Offerors must register for attendance by emailing Maricela.Berrones-Gauger@va.gov by Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM PST. All questions must be submitted by email to the same address no later than August 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM PST; questions will not be accepted after this deadline and will not be answered during the site visit. All submitted questions and answers will be posted to SAM.gov as amendments. The Department of Veterans Affairs will not reimburse any expenses incurred, including parking fees.
