About this file

This is an Amendment #1 to Answer Questions for RFQ #36C26126Q0725, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs for test and balance services of air flows at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System.

The amendment addresses seven vendor questions regarding the solicitation. Mechanical plans for affected areas are not available, though a previous report has been provided as a reference. Site visits can be arranged upon vendor request, though they are not automatically provided. Additional work beyond the base scope will require separate quotes submitted in advance, with payment authorized via government purchase card or contract modification depending on cost. Attachment A (Annual TB Testing Room List) is confirmed as attached to the solicitation documents. The Statement of Work was unintentionally duplicated in the original solicitation materials. The proposal submission deadline has been extended to June 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM PST. The incumbent contract is #36C26125P1041, awarded to Raglen System Balance, Inc. This amendment clarifies key procedural and documentation matters for potential offerors preparing their quotes for this air flow test and balance services requirement.
