About this file
This is a Question and Answer document clarifying requirements for solicitation 36C26126Q0648, a preventative maintenance services contract for medical laser equipment at Department of Veterans Affairs facilities in Northern California. The contract involves quarterly preventive maintenance of CO2 lasers and other medical laser equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, testing, and calibrating services performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer standards. The contract period of performance runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031 under a base plus four option structure. Specific equipment covered includes AngioDynamics VENACURE 1470 laser and Cynosure Cryo 6 chiller system, among other medical laser devices. All invoicing for services must be submitted through VA Tungsten rather than credit card or standard e-invoicing procedures. This is a requirements contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 21.
