About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (SF 30) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 20 for White City VA Medical Center.

The amendment extends the solicitation closing date to February 17, 2026 at 16:00 PST and adds detailed installation information for non-personal commodity equipment. The solicitation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 333415. All quotes and signed amendments must be emailed to Nick Heintz at Nicholas.heintz@va.gov. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0294, originally issued January 28, 2026. Installation requirements include removal and disposal of existing units, relocation of roof-mounted cooling systems with Freon capture and line capping, and handling of a freezer system with a direct 220-volt outlet requiring hardwired installation. Delivery procedures require units to be delivered initially to Warehouse Building 225A for inspection and acceptance, then transported by facility staff to the kitchen loading dock. The installer is responsible for moving units from the loading dock to the kitchen on the same floor (no stairs required) using available pallet jacks, removing units from pallets, and positioning them for installation. The facility Point of Contact must be contacted to schedule the installation date.
