About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for pest control management services at three Veterans Affairs campuses in the Puget Sound region of Washington state. The solicitation seeks pest prevention and control services including inspection, monitoring, and treatment of rodents, insects, and other pests across approximately 1.5 million square feet of facilities. The incumbent contractor's performance at the sites is described as satisfactory with no corrective actions required over the past two years. The amendment extends the question deadline, provides answers to vendor questions, and clarifies requirements around subcontractor licensing, odor control product quantities, and pest control devices to be replaced upon award. Pricing from the previous $545,250 contract period is also referenced. The award is planned for the end of the current month.
