Industy Questions Engineering and Contracting Response

Where is an ICRA cart required? An ICRA cart, also known as a containment cart, is required in B1C Sterile Processing, 2C Lab, 3C Surgery, 3D ICU, 4D Outpatient Medical Unit, 7D Dialysis, and

Ward 9D Inpatient. . During the site visit, the COR said that an ICRA rack was not required at Dialysis if they were closed, but that is wrong.

What is the Cat 6a cable color? The cable color is white.

Is there space in an existing 6a patch panel at each closet?

Yes

At the closet, does the cable terminate on the OI&T network rack, or the Biomed rack?

The cable terminates at the OI&T rack.

Says electronic bids are due 10/20 but are opened

10/31. I wanted to double check to see if this was a typo since they were due 10/30 in add #2 and the sam website still lists 10/30

Bids are due by 5PM October 30, 2023. Bid opening is

10AM PST on October 31, 2023 via MS Teams (invite will be sent out upon receiving sealed bid via email).
