The notice requests information from potential contractors regarding the provision, delivery, installation, and initial testing/calibration of one custom-built audiologic sound booth for the newly constructed Kalispell Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Room 124. The sound booth must integrate with existing audiology equipment and comply with current accessibility, acoustic, and infection control requirements. This is a one-time buy requirement and is not a formal solicitation; responses are not offers and cannot be accepted to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for responses or compensate respondents for development costs.

Interested contractors must submit responses by 12:00 PM Mountain Time on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, to barron.long@va.gov. Responses are limited to eight pages including a cover letter and must include company information (NAICS code, UEI, contact details), business size classification, GSA/FSS contract holder status, proposed pricing structure, Buy American Act compliance percentages, and country of origin.
