About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document clarifying specifications and requirements for RFQ 36C25926Q0320, an Air Filters solicitation for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The document addresses four key inquiries submitted by prospective offerors regarding filter specifications, delivery timelines, and testing standards.

The Q&A clarifies two critical size discrepancies in the Statement of Work: SOW section 2.5.27 specifies 18x12x1 filters (not 18x30x2 as initially listed), and SOW section 2.5.28 specifies 18x14x1 filters (not 18x30x2). For custom-sized filters under CLINs 0018-0028, the Government has extended the initial delivery window from 7-10 business days to up to 15 business days to accommodate custom manufacturing setup requirements. Additionally, the Government has clarified that products tested to the current ASHRAE 52.2-2017 standard will be accepted as equivalent to the previously specified 2012 edition with Addendums E and F. All answers reference the revised Statement of Work dated 03-18-2026. This Q&A document was issued as part of an amendment extending the quote submission deadline from March 20, 2026 to April 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. MT.
