About this file
This is an amendment to a combined solicitation addressing questions submitted by potential offerors regarding a communications Xerox Press Service Agreement requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 (contracting office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado) is seeking quotes for equipment service and maintenance at the George E. Wahlen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a follow-on procurement, with the incumbent contractor being Cynergy Professional Systems, LLC. under previous contract 36C25920F0209. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, with a NAICS code of 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and a business size standard of $34 million.
The amendment clarifies three key points: (1) confirms this is a follow-on requirement with identified incumbent; (2) directs offerors to review attachment 2 regarding subcontracting limitations under VAAR 85.219-74; and (3) adjusts the period of performance based on Xerox's announcement that the equipment reaches end-of-life status on December 30, 2026, with revised pricing and cost schedule provided in attachment 3. All quotes must be submitted via email to heather.chase2@va.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 19, 2026. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract and reserves the right to make award based solely on initial quotes received.
