About this file

This file is a Questions and Answers document for Request for Quotes (RFQ) 36C25926Q0182 for Reference Lab Testing services at the Glasgow VA Clinic, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 19. The document clarifies key operational details regarding the scope of work: the offeror will process laboratory tests ordered by the clinic for veterans, with the clinic submitting orders specifying the quantity and type of testing needed. Tests are completed at the offeror's laboratory with results provided to the clinic upon completion. The incumbent contractor is Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital. There is no guaranteed volume; testing services are provided on an as-needed basis when the VA cannot perform tests internally. The offeror must be available to provide services when requested by the VA with minimal advance notice. No phlebotomists are required; the Glasgow VA Clinic is seeking a hospital or clinic capable of performing the specified tests. No supplies are provided by the clinic, and no staffing is required on-site for supply deliveries, as the contract does not involve physical supply delivery. All fees associated with services, including staffing costs, must be included in the proposal price.

Solicitation RFQ 36C25926Q0182 has been amended with revised deadlines: questions were due by 10:00 AM Mountain Time on January 21, 2026, with answers posted to SAM by close of business that same day; Request for Quotes are due by 10:00 AM on January 23, 2026.
