About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeking potential sources for a document storage system interface project. The VA's Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 is seeking a contractor to develop and maintain an interface for the RxFramework Omnicell Intravenous X (IVX)/Inpatient Pharmacy Interface at Salt Lake City and Eastern Colorado VA Health Care Systems. The anticipated contract is a firm fixed-price procurement, with a focus on small business participation across various size classifications (8(a), HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, etc.) under NAICS code 541519 with a $34 million small business size standard.

Key details include a response deadline of January 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time, with potential future solicitation to be published on Contract Opportunities, GSA, or NASA SEWP platforms. Interested vendors are required to provide company information, including name, address, UEI number, contact details, and business size classification. The notice emphasizes that this is not a formal solicitation, but a market research effort to identify potential qualified sources for a future competitive procurement. Interested parties must submit inquiries in writing via email to Christine Jarvis (christine.jarvis@va.gov) before the response deadline.
