About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers file for a VA medical center air emissions compliance testing solicitation (Solicitation Number: 36C25926Q0151). The document addresses two key questions from potential bidders: First, there was clarification that no NSF accreditation certifications for personnel are actually required, correcting a previous document error. Second, the solicitation is confirmed as a brand new contract with no incumbent provider. The opportunity is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 19, with a proposal due date of January 08, 2026, specifically for air emissions compliance testing services at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.

QUESTIONS (Q) AND ANSWERS (A):

Q1: Can you please specify which specific NSF program(s) or certification(s) are required?

A1: This is an error in the Combine Synopsis document paragraph (vii) (f) Volume I Technical Capability. There is no “NSF accreditation certifications for personnel” requirement.

Q2: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?

A2 “Brand new”
