Pre-Bid Meeting For
635 - Condensate Return Pump Replacement
The contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, and other services as necessary to supply all utilities and site preparation required Condensate Return Pump Replacement. Outlined in the Statement of Work and associated documents, located at 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK, 73104.
All work must be done in compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA and federal/state environmental regulations and policies. Contractor is responsible for proper handling and disposal of debris, waste and excess fuel generated during completion of this work.
Location: Oklahoma City VA Medical Center

Site Visit:
• The pre-bid meeting/site walk is not mandatory.
• Questions during site visit must be written down and submitted to the Contracting Officer to provide answers in an amendment to all interested parties.
Pertinent Dates:
• Please ask questions during the site visit or please submit your questions to Blake.Rowland@va.gov
• Offers are due on June 12th, 2025, no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Time. Submit via email to
Blake.Rowland@va.gov.
Site Visit Guidelines:
• Prospective offerors are prohibited from attempting to gain information by inquiring with VA employees about project other than through written questions submitted to Contracting Officer.
• Prospective offerors are prohibited from visiting site other than through formal invitation by Contracting Officer.
• Attendees of walk-through are to stay as a group while walking to various locations and are to leave the future project site once the walk-through is concluded.
Solicitation Information:
• Confirmation of construction range: between $150,000.00 – $200,000.00.
• Offer Guarantee & Payment/Performance Bonds: as outlined in the solicitation.
• VAAR clause 852.219-75 Limitation on Subcontracting: please ensure you provide a signed copy of this clause with your offer package.
• Contractor shall begin performance within 10 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete within 45 days.
Post Award Compliance:
• Compliance with Construction Rate Wages and Application wage determination shall be expected of the contractor. The contractor shall submit their weekly certified payrolls with their monthly invoice.
• Compliance with Buy American Act: Related to the construction of this project, it is understood that all items and/or materials required for this contract will be manufactured within the United States IAW the Buy American Act: 41 U.S.C. Chapter 83. If an item is identified as not manufactured within the United States it needs to be brought up to the COR and CO as early in the process as possible.
