About this file
This is an amendment (Amendment 0001) to Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C25925Q0359 for Courier Services for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center and Outlying VA Clinics, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office NCO 19. The amendment extends the quote due date to Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 10:00am CT and provides answers to 21 vendor questions.
The procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside requiring SBA certification (self-certified companies will not be considered). Key service requirements include courier services with storage capacity averaging 100 cubic feet (maximum 145 cubic feet), compliance with OSHA Blood Borne Pathogens Standard training, and transportation of etiological samples per federal regulations. Approximately 15% of courier runs are unscheduled after-hours/weekend/holiday deliveries, with no surcharges permitted outside the contract price. The Government will provide all lockable containers, and contractors are not responsible for temperature requirements as items will be pre-packed accordingly. The incumbent contractor is DALYWORKS LLC under previous contract 36C25920D0078, though specific pricing and operational details remain proprietary. The contractor will be responsible for tolls if using toll routes in standard deliveries, and onsite facility visits are not permitted during the procurement process.
