Project: 623-19-105 | Solicitaon: 36C25924R0107 | Muskogee Public Bathroom Renovaon RFI’s and Responses

1. Please clarify the depth of sanitary drain under floor that plumbing will e into.

We don’t have the exact informaon on the drain beneath the floor, but we know that the slab below is 4’ thick.

2. Dwg PP501 has a detail 1 for wall cleanout. Where in the project was this detail intended for? We don’t see it referenced anywhere that we can find.

Wall cleanout is intended for the lavatory sinks, urinal, and toilet (to the side) to allow for easier unclogging.

3. The drawings provided are 11 x 9. Will you please provide 42 x 30 or similar for appropriate scaling and esmang?

The submited PDF drawing is sized 42x30 in.

4. The exisng sink faucets are hands free sloan, single hole faucets. The new design is unclear on whether the new fixtures shall be hands free, or single hole fixtures.

It should be hands free.

5. The door from HAC 1D-156B swings open directly facing into the women’s restroom 1D-154A, which does not have a door. Please confirm this is the intended design.

This design is intended. The janitor would typically make sure the restroom is clear before he/she intends to use the HAC.

6. A contractor company with no prior history with medical building construction projects can bid on this?
