About this file
This document provides answers to questions regarding a solicitation for a patient monitoring system replacement across multiple facilities within the Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System. The solicitation seeks a single integrated solution for hardware, software, and components to monitor physiological parameters in various clinical departments including intensive care, post-anesthesia care, medical surgical, emergency department, and endoscopy at the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC as well as facilities in Tulsa. The response requires wall-mounted and transport monitors, central monitoring stations, 72 hours of disclosure for patient data, integration with VISTA and CPRS, five years of warranty and software support, and connectivity across 200,000 square feet for wireless monitoring and telemetry. Questions covered additional requirements for specific departments, monitor configurations, and network infrastructure to enable system-wide viewing of patient information.
